The history of the constitution before 2012 is unclear. The version posted on the CC website dates from ???

It is known that in 2012 it was recognised that an update was required, and a draft was prepared. This was presented to the committee, who made some changes. This was in turn presented to the members at a general meeting. However, Rod Marlow said that it would not meet the requirements of the CC and so it was rejected. This meeting was minuted.

Rod Marlow was tasked with writing a CC complaint constitution, which was presented to the members in June 2013 and passed. We have minutes of this meeting. This version listed 4 Objectives. The objectives are a key part of charitable status. It is understood that when Rod sent the 4 objective version to the CC, they would only accept the first objective, and this is what currently appears on their website. Therefore this version is the version in force.

The status of this constitution should be regularised.
